Ryuji Sato is a founder of i6 Group, optimizing foreign company activities in Japan and domestic company activities in and out of Japan from personnel affairs prospective. i6 Group is a total HR solution provider serving RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing), HR BPO (Payroll, HR Administration Outsourcing) and HRM Consulting. Also, a founder of TG Group with Paul Ng.

Prior to founding i6 Group, he has worked as Labor and Social Security Attorney solving personnel and labor relations, HR Management consultant at Mercer and experienced operation as a corporate HR at Philip Morris.

As TG Group Rebrands, he plans to focus on providing regional solutions and accelerate business expansion in Asia, maximizing overseas business of domestic company and optimizing foreign labor resources in Japan.

Ryuji graduated with Bachelor of Commerce degree from Keio University, a licensed Labor and Social Security Attorney and holds second-dan rank in Judo.
