Masahiro is an Executive Vice President at i6 consulting group, where he spearheads the recruitment service division. Masahiro is instrumental in managing the recruitment needs or wants to maximise the human capital function of its clientele’s organization across Asia.

Masahiro has worked in executive recruitment for over twelve years.  Prior to i6 consulting group, Masahiro was Managing Director of recruiting company. Before entering into the recruitment and search industry, Masahiro was an engineer at Microsoft R&D.

Masahiro graduated with a Master of Laws at the Soka University in Tokyo. He is also a certified public tax accountant.
